1 hour consultation:  $100

As with any new endeavor it's important to discuss what you want and how to accomplish your goals. Through an in-depth, hour-long interview we will review your health history; discuss food and exercise options that are best for you; and develop a plan to make it all happen.

Get Healthy One on One

6 Sessions: $450

 

This program is for you if you desperately want to have a healthy lifestyle, but believe time is what's holding you back, or if you are experiencing health challenges and need to understand the changes necessary for feeling better. Either way, if you find yourself making unhealthy choices a little too often, this coaching program will give you the support you need to get a system in place that is motivating and very doable.

 

Together we'll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you'll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
