On October 23rd from 2-4 pm I’ll be sharing recipes for success both in the kitchen and in your everyday life.  We’ll talk about food (especially wheat grass), sample recipes, practice exercises, and utilize the tools that are part of the Living Foods Lifestyle.


The cost of this 2-hour workshop is $50, payable by check or money order to One Body Won Life.  I look forward to hearing from you and getting together again to share our love of a better life for all.
